Conduct research and analysis on overseas logistics markets and project opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and government agencies.
Participate in bidding for overseas logistics and engineering projects, and assist in on-site execution.
Build and manage a global network of logistics agents and partners for project execution and local compliance.
Assist in local operation setup, regulatory compliance, and geopolitical risk analysis.
