Bulk Cargo Transportation Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage the transport of dry bulk (coal, ores, grain) and liquid bulk (chemicals, fuel) cargo by sea and inland modes.

2. Coordinate vessel scheduling, port operations, and berth arrangements in cooperation with chartering and agency teams.

3. Supervise cargo loading, trimming, and stowage plans to ensure vessel safety, balance, and regulatory compliance.

4. Interface with traders, port authorities, customs, and surveyors to ensure efficient cargo handling and delivery.

5. Track bulk shipment performance, cost efficiency, and implement process optimization for recurring trades.
